Business Architect
Context:
Ons IT Service departement ondersteunt het domein Communication & Collaboration. Dit domein is verantwoordelijk voor het vakmanschap, processen en tools om te communiceren en samenwerken met elkaar. Zij richten ook het vakgebied Workplace in, waarbij we elke medewerker een goede werkplek mee willen verschaffen.
Als IT afdeling leveren wij zowel BUILD als Run diensten aan dit domein.
Als Business Architect binnen onze afdeling zal je meewerken aan onze grote werven. De komende jaren zullen wij namelijk zo goed als volledig naar Microsoft 365 in de Cloud evolueren.
Verwachtingen/verantwoordelijkheden
Het voorbereiden van het te realiseren architectuurwerk, zodat het werkvolume en de nodige resources voor het architectuurwerk accurater geschat en georganiseerd kan worden.
Het uitwerken van mogelijke architecturale business oplossingen voor projecten en programma's zodat management in staat is om de juiste keuzes te maken
Het ondersteunen van de Project Manager in de inrichting van het projectwerk door de werkpakketten en hun onderlinge afhankelijkheden expliciet te maken, zodat het werkvolume en de nodige resources voor het realiseren van de business oplossing accurater geschat en georganiseerd kan worden.
Het communiceren van de Business Architectuur inhoud naar de projectteams, zodat zij met focus de gewenste business oplossing kunnen realiseren.
Het bewaken van de Business Architectuur inhoud tijdens de realisatie, zodat de business oplossing in lijn blijft met de gekozen strategie.
Het proactief aanbrengen van ideeën die een meerwaarde kunnen betekenen voor een Partner / een domein
Het ondersteunen van de projectinitiatie voor weerhouden business ideeën
Profiel
o Ervaring als Business Analyst en/of Architect
o Goede coördinatie skills
o Zelfstandig kunnen werken
o Goed de doorvertaling kunnen maken van business noden naar opdracht van IT, en daar de link tussen blijven gedurende de duur van het project
