Hierdoor staat ondernemerschap centraal en zoeken we een Financial Controller die mee de +/- 650 Cronos bedrijven kan ondersteunen en adviseren op financieel vlak, dankzij sterke strategische en finance skills. Functieomschrijving Als Financial Controller met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring, sta je in voor de strategische ondersteuning en financiële opvolging. Je komt terecht in een zelfsturend controllingteam dat werkt vanuit de HQ in Kontich.
Door de sterke groei kijken we vandaag gericht uit naar een financial controller met ondernemingszin.
Je maakt deel uit van een team van 15 personen en bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de financiële opvolging van de bedrijven die deel uitmaken van het Cronos ecosysteem.
Jij bent de financial én business partner voor de verschillende Managing Partners van jouw bedrijven. Concreet wil dit zeggen:
- Maand- en jaarafsluiting
- Opmaken maandelijkse consolidaties
- Financiële analyses en rapporteringen
- Assisteren van de partners bij de opmaak van budgetten, forecast en variantiebesprekingen
- Belasting berekening & opmaken van de jaarrekening
- Voorbereiden auditdossiers voor de bedrijfsrevisor en deze bespreken met de revisor
- Financiële afspraken met groepsbedrijven, partners en aandeelhouders contractueel vastleggen
- Assisteren bij de oprichting van nieuwe vennootschappen, alsook de administratieve afhandeling hiervan
- Ondersteunen bij fiscale controles
- Verlenen van financieel advies en het maken van ad hoc analyses
- Je fungeert als (financieel) business partner voor de managing partners.
- Master of bachelor diploma in een economische richting
- Je hebt ervaring als controller of auditor
- Een uitgesproken analytisch denkvermogen, een goed helikopterview en je werkt graag met deadlines, maar verliest daarnaast het menselijke aspect nooit uit het oog.
- Je neemt initiatieven en werkt graag binnen een groeiende en snel veranderende omgeving
- Je bent communicatief sterk & een echte teamplayer, zowel naar interne collega's als naar de business partners toe.
