Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het professionaliseren, structureren en optimaliseren van de volledige technische dienst. De site in Antwerpen is het kloppende hart van de organisatie. Een uitgelezen moment om mee aan boord te stappen en mee te bouwen aan een toekomstgerichte, performante en moderne productieomgeving.Technical Maintenance Manager - regio Antwerpen - Food IndustryAls Technical Maintenance Manager draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van de technische dienst (13 FTE in ploegensysteem).Je bouwt vanuit een "from scratch"-situatie een volledig onderhoudsbeleid op, waarbij je zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud structureert en optimaliseert.Je ontwikkelt en implementeert duidelijke procedures, o.a. rond contractor management, magazijnbeheer, werkvergunningen en technische documentatie.Je centraliseert en optimaliseert het bestaande onderhoudssysteem en werkt richting een onderhoudsorganisatie volgens TPM-principes.Je creëert efficiëntie in processen, planningen en samenwerking, met sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen (o.a.
