Senior Project Manager - Energy Sector Mission descriptionFor a major Belgian player active in the energy sector, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative contributing to the evolution of the Belgian and European energy landscape.You will work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment and contribute to projects that support the energy transition. Role and responsibilities- Lead and coordinate large-scale strategic projects in the energy sector- Operate in a complex stakeholder environment, including regulators, DSOs, and internal teams- Steer the creation of a new company, covering legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams- Act as single point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors- Safeguard internal priorities within vendor implementation roadmaps- Drive delivery of common TSO and DSO tooling initiatives- Facilitate executive-level alignment on strategic decisions- Act as Product Owner for internal implementation teams- Manage dependencies and contribute to business architecture discussions Requirements- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and or French, and English- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the energy sector- Strong knowledge of transmission and distribution systems, regulation, and market dynamics- Ability to operate in regulatory, legal, and financial complexity- Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills Practical information- Location: Brussels area (Empereur)- Hybrid setup, 2 days on-site per week- For non-EU candidates, a valid Belgian work and residence permit is required Interested?Please apply with your CV.
