Onze klant in de verzekeringswereld zit midden in een stevige transformatie en zoekt een ervaren Transformation Project Manager (payroll) die moeiteloos orde brengt in verandering. Iemand die digitale vernieuwing begrijpt, mensen mee krijgt en resultaten neerzet. Meer weten?Jobinhoud:Als Project Manager neem je de leiding over transversale projecten binnen het transformatie departement van de organisatie. Je werkt samen met een team van strategy leads en analisten waarbij jouw focus ligt op het implementeren van nieuwe technologieën en het verbeteren van de customer journey. In deze rol heb je als PM impact op verschillende domeinen, waaronder marketing, IT, sales, legal en meerJouw taken:Je beheert projecten van scopebepaling tot implementatie, inclusief business cases, risicobeheer en rapportering op C-niveau.Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde uitvoering volgens het Stage Gate Model en bewaakt planning, budget en scope.Je presenteert aan Steering Committee en zorgt voor betrokkenheid van stakeholders.Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van transformatie-expertise binnen de organisatie.Jouw profiel:Masterdiploma in Business, Management, IT of een gerelateerd vakgebied.Senior level ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in transformatieprojecten.Kennis van projectmethodologieën, risicobeheer en business cases.Sterke communicatievaardigheden op verschillende niveaus (operationeel tot C-level).Aanbod:Uitdagende functie met groeikansen door training, coaching en interne mobiliteit.Competitief salarispakket aangevuld met extra-legale voordelen zoals een verzekeringspakket, bonussen, maaltijd- en ecocheques en een wagen met tankkaart.Flexibel en hybride werken (tot drie dagen thuiswerk per week).Tot 34 verlofdagen en een uitstekende werk-privébalans.
