Our client is looking for a IT Project Manager to join them on a contract basis. Please be aware this for this role the successful candidate must have a belgium residence and speak english, french and dutch. You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time. Key responsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe leadsEnsure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with Product Owners, IT Tribe leads and technical teamsIdentify and remove impediments blocking project progressEnsure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policiesCollaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teamCommunication & ReportingProduce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery trackingCommunicate regularly with internal and external stakeholdersPresent progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings Required skillsMinimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile environmentSpeaks English, French and DutchStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)Proven experience in project management and delivery managementExperience with banking back-end systems and document management solutionsLeadership and ability to unite cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution abilitiesService-oriented mindset and customer focusRigor and strong organizational skills Interested, intrigued or want to find out more?
