Key responsibilitiesCoaching the squads in the cluster on delivery-related topics.Fostering a good collaboration with the concerned clusters in the Risk&Credits tribe (and especially their CSM).The Tribe Scrum Master helps the tribe to self-organize / manage, and reinforces Scrum / agile practices within the tribe. Required skillsEnglish speaking and active knowledge of at least French or Dutch.delivery of projects in a scaled agile context.experience with delivery of projects in a distributed development environment.banking experience.experience in the world of credits and/or channels.excellent communication skills.able to cope with complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders.able to adopt a helicopter view over the situation to identify and resolve present and future inter-tribe/squad dependencies.has a significant influence on those around him/her to promote agile delivery practices at the level of his/her tribe and beyond.
