De Service Coördinator bekleedt een belangrijke positie in de coördinatie van serviceprojecten en activiteiten uitgevoerd door het Motion & Drives Service Engineers-team in België en Luxemburg. Je coördineert en plant de levering van de benodigde middelen, reserveonderdelen en logistiek voor on-site servicewerkzaamheden, waarbij je zorgt voor een naadloos proces van offerte tot acceptatie door de klant.

Rapporterend aan de Service Manager, fungeer je tijdens de uitvoering van een serviceopdracht als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de klant, Field Service Engineers, onze fabrieken en externe leveranciers.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het plannen van onderhoudsinterventies van Service Engineers bij onze klanten, inclusief de logistieke stroom.
  • Het team en de klanten op de hoogte houden van de voortgang en status van zaken door middel van duidelijke en consistente communicatie.
  • Fungeren als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt (via mail en telefoon) voor klanten, service engineers en alle andere belanghebbenden.
  • Het verstrekken van werkbeschrijvingen aan ingenieurs voor het uitvoeren van diensten en het voorbereiden van veiligheidsplannen waar nodig volgens ISO- en VCA-normen.
  • Het opvolgen van alle lopende kleine projecten om een effectieve projectlevering te garanderen.
  • Het beheren van alle vereiste rapportages en documentatie en het toezicht houden op de tijdige registratie van noodzakelijke gegevens in het systeem.
  • Rapporteren en de vereiste acties ondernemen richting onze klanten en verkoopteam op basis van onderhoudsrapportages.
  • Het identificeren van belangrijke verbeterkansen in producten, diensten en processen, en het verspreiden van de bevindingen.
    • Can-do mentaliteit, met een samenwerkende, oplossingsgerichte aanpak en effectieve schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden.
    • In staat om meerdere taken te beheren en efficiënt gebruik te maken van verschillende tools, waaronder Salesforce, SAP en ABB's eigen tools.
    • Vermogen om taken nauwkeurig te organiseren, effectief te blijven in stressvolle omgevingen en verantwoordelijkheden efficiënt te prioriteren.
    • Ervaring in een service-gerelateerde functie wordt gewaardeerd.
    • Bereidheid om zowel je planningsvaardigheden als je technische affiniteit te ontwikkelen is essentieel.
    • Enthousiasme voor het verkennen van innovatieve technologieën is cruciaal.
    • Vloeiend in Nederlands of Frans en Engels.
    • Effectieve communicatieve vaardigheden met een klantgerichte focus.
    • Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office; SAP is een pluspunt.
