Waar gaat het over?
Het is een programma van 2 jaar waarmee jonge afgestudeerden een ontdekkingsreis door verschillende functies in de winkels van Carrefour kunnen maken. Het doel is om snel toegang te krijgen tot sleutelfuncties in de winkel.
- Je voert het merendeel van je taken uit in de winkels en op het hoofdkantoor. Tijdens je opdrachten maak je kennis met de waarden, cultuur en het beleid van Carrefour.
- Je leert de taken en verantwoordelijkheden van medewerkers en managers kennen terwijl je je verder verdiept in alle aspecten van managementfuncties in de winkel.
- Gedurende je traject word je begeleid. Je ontwikkelt je persoonlijke vaardigheden door deel te nemen aan trainingen, seminars en evenementen met andere Young Graduates.
Na afronding van het programma kun je toegang krijgen tot een functie in het winkelmanagement.
(commercieel manager, winkelmanager, enz.). Je wordt dan verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer. Zowel commercieel, financieel als administratief en dit door teams te leiden met als belangrijkste doel: ervoor zorgen dat klanten tevreden de winkel verlaten
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
- Je hebt minder dan twee jaar werkervaring.
- Je spreekt en schrijft zowel Frans als Nederlands
- Je kwaliteiten: ondernemende mindset, proactiviteit en assertiviteit, gericht op terrein, klanten en resultaten. Je bent aanpasbaar, open voor verandering en hebt uitstekende communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
- Je hebt zin om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan en wilt je carrière in de detailhandel beginnen.
- Een fulltime contract van onbepaalde duur
