Wij zijn op zoek naar 2 Lead Developers om ons hierin te ondersteunen en zo hun stempel te drukken in onze digitale transformatie.

De Lead Developer is vakinhoudelijk en technisch verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en het beheer van één of meerdere applicaties en/of platformen waarop applicaties zijn gebouwd en draaien.

Je werkt voor één of meerdere agile teams en je verzorgt de optimale inzet van de techniek voor de business doeleinden door, binnen de product aansturing van de Product Owner en de kaders van de architectuur en Service Integration, de DevOps Engineers aan te sturen en zelf op te treden als meewerkend voorman.

Je ontwikkelt technische ontwerpen en draagt bij aan specifieke architectuur vraagstukken samen met de Domain en Data Architects, en je ontwerpt business technology oplossingen voor subsystemen, benodigde interfaces en integratie samen met de DevOps Engineers.

Je kent de technische inrichting van het landschap en bent het technisch geweten voor de Service Integrator.

Je stelt hierbij standaarden en richtlijnen op richting agile teams en biedt deze teams ondersteuning m.b.t. de gewenste beheerinrichting en -standaarden.

Je bevordert de samenwerking tussen andere teams en de externe partners.

Verder vertaal je technische problemen en te nemen beslissingen in business-termen.

Daarnaast communiceer je over issues en besluiten naar de relevante stakeholders.

Je spart met de Product Owner en leveranciers over specifieke aanpak en problematieken.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Scrum Master en Product Owner in het leadership team en je rapporteert aan de Manager Business Technology.

Het Integratie-team bestaat uit de Product Owner, Scrum Master en Lead Developer/Techlead (leadership team), 4 Developers en 1 Functioneel Analist.

Tech Stack: Microsoft Azure, migraties naar Cloud omgeving.
