Om ons departement Passenger Aviation te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Product Owner Enjoy.

Onze digitale projecten willen we vormgeven én opleveren met focus op de klantbeleving. Samen met onze partners op en buiten de luchthaven zetten we nieuwe initiatieven op die een plaats krijgen binnen het businessmodel van Brussels Airport en haar partners.

Daarom zoeken we een Digital Product Owner die zich volledig mee wil inzetten om customer centricity en digitale ervaringscreatie doorheen elke luchthaven journey naar het volgende niveau te brengen. De focus ligt op Enjoy, ons experience programma waarmee we een beleving willen geven aan onze klanten that literally goes above and beyond.


Kortom, ons Digital team is op zoek naar iemand die zichzelf herkent in deze scope en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Productdefinitie en de roadmap creatie
  • End-to-end verantwoordelijkheid, je wordt business owner van het digitaal experience programma van Brussels Airport
  • Actief management van Enjoy, met focus op:
  • Experience, revenues, conversion
  • Positionering
  • Marketing, als deel van het groter marketingplan
  • Samenwerking met teams doorheen het hele bedrijf (o.a. passagierservaring, real estate ontwikkeling, marketing & communicatie, ICT, aviation development)
  • Contacten met bestaande en nieuwe partners om zo de aangeboden ervaringen relevant uit te breiden
  • Het combineren van outward looking blijven als ook opbouwen van kennis over luchthaven en aviation context
  • En natuurlijk deel worden van een ambitieus, gemotiveerd team dat jou heel graag met open armen en de belofte op veel toffe challenges ontvangt

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als product owner, of andere functies in een context vol digitale ontwikkeling waarvan je denkt dat ze je op deze bestemming hebben voorbereid
  • Customer centricity is your middle name
  • Je zou jezelf strategisch en creatief durven noemen
  • Maar zeker ook analytisch en conceptueel
  • Je moest wel al eerder sterke (agile) projectmanagement skills inzetten
  • Je voelt je goed bij communiceren met vele verschillende partijen en bij collega's en partners enthousiasmeren. Dit doe je in vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, met kennis van de andere landstaal & vaak ook vlot in het Engels.
  • Het kan zeker helpen als je al gewerkt hebt met tools zoals: JIRA (Atlassian), Figma, MS Office en eventueel CMS of andere.
