One of our clients, a key player in mobility. To better serve its 100 million annual customers, that company is transforming itself to become a more digitally oriented player.
To support this undertaking, they are looking to strengthen their agile teams with an experienced Product Owner whose responsibilities will managing and developing products or services through their full life cycle from inception, growth, maturity, decline to retirement.

**Role & responsibility**:
Acts as product owner/champion for one or more products or services.
Manages the full product life cycle to ensure that customer/user needs are met and that financial and other targets are achieved.
Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate product development methods, tools, and techniques.
Analyses market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion and usage data to understand needs and opportunities.
Develops product propositions and determines product positioning and variants for different customer and user segments.
Prioritises product and service requirements, develops product roadmaps and owns the product backlog.
Coordinates customer testing and product launches and supports communications and training.
Anticipates changes in customer/user needs.
Adapts products and creates product retirement and transitioning plans.
Facilitates uptake of products by developing content, supporting, and evaluating campaigns, and monitoring product performance. Rolls out product trials and product launches.
**Experience**:
You have a solid proven professional experience in software engineering, as Business Analyst and as Product Owner
You have practical experience with projects in relevant web & mobile domains
You have knowledge of cloud computing—Microsoft Azure
You have knowledge of typical Product Owner approach - You have experience in business analysis techniques and processes
Proficient with project management techniques and tools
**Education & Soft-Skills**:
You must possess at least a bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT-related discipline. Certifications are a plus.
You must be an analytical thinker.
You can work independently but are also a teamplayer.
You must be able to evaluate the likely effects of programs on the profitability of the businesses
You have skills in designing, reporting, and documenting. You may know modelization language such as "Archimate" (Nice to have), BPM,....
You know industry best practices and have experience with software systems.
You are active, dynamic, and assertive and are not afraid to challenge
You have analytical, pragmatic, and problem-solving abilities.
You can work alone and in a group, and time consciousness
You have good presentation and report-writing skills.
You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
You are customer centric
You are professional, transparent and you have a positive mindset
You have real-world experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and you are not afraid of predictive (plan-driven) approaches
Your favorite lecture is the ProdBOK (Product Management and Marketing Body of Language) - Non-mandatory, but desired: - IIBA (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP,AAC,...) - Knowledge / Curiosity for what the person is doing - PMI PBA - Knowledge / Curiosity for what the person is doing - CSM, CSPO, CA
