**Wat doet een Product Owner bij Harmony?**:
Je wordt als consultant ingezet bij één van onze klanten om hen te ondersteunen in hun digitale transformatieprojecten met jouw expertise als **product owner.**
- Als Product Owner / Management Consultant maak je deel uit van een enthousiast & dynamisch team.
- Je werkt op verschillende digitale transformatie projecten voor onze klanten die zich voornamelijk in de banken, verzekeringen of services situeren.
- Op deze digitale projecten willen we de ideeën van onze klanten mee concretiseren en realiseren.
- Als Product Owner is het je taak om de wensen van de business te vertalen naar behapbare requirements voor het development team.
- Samen met het development team verfijn je requirements en zoek je naar de beste oplossing die voldoet aan de interne eisen.
- Je denkt mee over de user experience, rijmt deze met de beschikbare technologieën, beschrijft de user stories, beheert de backlog, test het opgeleverde werk en beslist wat er in productie verschijnt. Het hele proces van A tot Z dus.
Daarnaast bouw je ook mee aan de groei en verbetering van Harmony door:
- mee na te denken over de ontwikkeling van nieuwe Harmony producten of diensten.
- deel uit te maken van één van de expertise centers (people, expertise, business development of).
- collega-Harmonianen te coachen in hun ontwikkeling of door een Harmony team te leiden.
- jouw ondernemerschap en creativiteit naar boven te laten komen.
- sterke klantenrelaties uit te bouwen en als Harmony ambassadeur op te treden in de markt.
- interne en externe events en activiteiten mee te organiseren.

**Ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken?**:
- Je behaalde een Masterdiploma en hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in management consulting, liefst al in de rol van product owner, de brug tussen business en IT.
- Project management en business modelling methodologieën zijn jouw stokpaardjes.
- Je hebt een sterke ‘customer centered mindset’.
- Je wordt door anderen omschreven als een teamspeler die gemakkelijk initiatief neemt en die goed kan luisteren en capteren wat anderen nodig hebben.
- Als je al ervaring hebt in de bank of verzekeringssector, is dat zeker een troef, maar absoluut geen must.
- Project gedreven werken is net wat jij nodig hebt omwille van de afwisseling en de uitdaging.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
