Bij het agentschap Digitaal Vlaanderen gaan we op zoek naar een **Product Owner **ter versterking van onze ICT-afdeling binnen het **team Veiligheidsbouwstenen**.
Ben jij op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging waarbij je als Product Owner wil meewerken aan de transversale processen binnen strategie en ondersteuning, dan ben jij misschien wel onze ideale kandidaat Binnen de cel Veiligheidsbouwstenen, voor de afdeling ICT, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Product Owner met een passie voor veiligheid en dienstverlening. Deze zal ruim inzetbaar en verantwoordelijk zijn voor meerdere veiligheidsdiensten in onze serviceportfolio.
**Waar kom je terecht?**:
Als Product Owner kom je terecht in de cel Veiligheidsbouwstenen, waar zowel de vraag alsook het aanbod exponentieel groeit. Deze veiligheidsbouwstenen vormen de hoekstenen van het beveiligingsbeleid, en worden gebruikt in zowat alle toepassingen van Digitaal Vlaanderen.
We bieden deze bouwstenen aan - meestal via SAAS of PAAS - om de digitalisatie bij klanten de realiseren, de time-to-market van nieuwe diensten te versnellen en de productiviteit te verhogen.
Binnen de cel zijn er verschillende Product Owners, met een focus op de aan hun toegewezen producten of productgroep. Daarbuiten zijn er ook teams actief die zorgen voor de goede dagdagelijkse werking en ondersteuning van deze producten. Digitaal Vlaanderen wenst dit team te versterken met een Product Owner.
Je zal deel uitmaken van een team van een 5-tal experten.
We werken zo hybride mogelijk. Thuiswerk wordt gecombineerd met werken op kantoor vanuit onze vestigingen in Gent en Brussel.
**Wat zal je moeten doen?**:
- Proactief opvolgen en beheren van de product roadmap m.b.t. veiligheidsdiensten die aan jou
toegewezen zijn waarbij je zowel technologische als functionele innovaties opvolgt.
- Uitvoeren van complexere stakeholderanalyses, behoefteanalyses en procesanalyses i.k.v. business
case oefeningen, doorontwikkelings
- of innovatieprojecten.
- Faciliteren van business werkgroepen en het consolideren van de resultaten in een concrete
oplossing voor alle stakeholders.
- Opstellen van verschillende projectscenario’s, met kosten/baten, aandachtspunten en risico’s.
- Ondersteuning van de programmawerking in de opbouw en verbetering van het proces omtrent de
opmaak van business cases en business analyses.
- Opleveren van een geconsolideerd business case document en rapportering naar de stuurgroep.
- Rapportering aan de stuurgroep over de product roadmap (scope, tijd, budget, risico’s).
- Actief samenwerken en opvolgen van de roadmap via agile werking in nauwe samenwerking met
programmamanagement, bestaande Product Owners en service delivery management.
- Monitoren en opvolgen van verbeterinitiatieven en optimaal inrichten van veiligheid gerelateerde
ICT-Dienstverlening (organisatorisch).
- Communiceren over bestaande behoeften, mogelijke blinde vlekken en verbetermogelijkheden.
- Bijwonen van verschillende overlegfora (management, klantenforum, project, onboarding, etc.).
- In het kader van ICT-projecten toezien op de aspecten inzake informatieveiligheid om de risico’s
inzake informatieveiligheid tot een minimum te beperken.
- Bijhouden van ontwikkelingen en tendensen binnen het ‘cybersecurity’ gebeuren.
- Onderzoeken en toepasbaarheid evalueren in het technische vakgebied om een correct en
performant veiligheidsbeleid na te streven en verder uit te bouwen.
- Onderzoeken van toepasbaarheid van nieuwe methoden en technologieën.
- Een actieve bijdrage leveren aan de veranderingen noodzakelijk voor de verdere professionalisering
en het verhogen van de kwaliteit en maturiteit inzake beveiliging bij onze brede doelgroep.
**Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?**:
**Ervaring**:
- Je hebt een aantoonbare ervaring als Product Owner of Product Owner-by-proxy en hebt ervaring met het nemen van een end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid op productniveau, het uitwerken en mee laten evolueren van inhoudelijke visies en inzichten, het opbouwen/onderhouden van het stakeholdersnetwerk.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen ‘cybersecurity’ en je bent bereid om je inhoudelijke kennis verder op te bouwen.
- Het definiëren van eisen, analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen, procesverbetering en re-engineering zijn voor jou niet ongekend.
- Je hebt ervaring met complexere opdrachten, met een diversiteit aan stakeholders, doelgroepen en hun (soms tegengestelde) behoeften.
**Diploma**:
Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding genoten in een ICT-gerelateerde richting. Heb je niet het verwachte diploma maar heb je relevante aantoonbare ervaring, ook dan maken we graag kennis met je.
**Vaktechnische competenties**:
- Je hebt een sterke interesse en kennis in informatieveiligheid en ICT-security.
- Je genoot een opleiding in een programma
