Mission context

As the Scrum Master, your role is pivotal in agile projects, particularly those following the Scrum methodology. You ensure the team fully grasps and adheres to the methodology, maximizing project outcomes while shielding them from distractions.

Function description

Project follow-up:

Lead Scrum ceremonies and key stages of the methodology.

Ensure smooth Scrum methodology utilization.

Support the Product Owner with the Product Backlog.

Assist the team in meeting project milestones.

Track team capacity and velocity metrics.

Project methodology and coaching:

Coach and challenge the Project Team.

Facilitate team self-organization.

Remove impediments and advocate for agile methods.

Provide reports on Scrum methodology deployment.

Profile

Language requirements: Proficiency in English and French or Dutch.

Education: Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Agile Requirements: Teams are cross-functional, and members contribute to various areas to achieve sprint goals.

Required experience/knowledge:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Technical background.

Familiarity with agile reporting tools and testing methodologies.

Solid understanding of software development and project management.

Business experience: Expertise in agile methodology and techniques is mandatory.

Soft skills:

Embodies the Agile spirit and serves as a "servant leader."

Demonstrates positive attitude, empathy, excellent communication, and pragmatism.

Focuses on long-term objectives and continuous improvement.

Encourages team building, collaboration, and autonomy.
