Legal Staffing Experts zoekt verschillende Legal Counsels met ervaring in het vastgoedrecht, zowel op vaste als op freelance basis
Zo zijn wij ook voor onze klant in Brussel op zoek naar twee Legal Counsels met ervaring in het vastgoedrecht.
- Vast contract, onbepaald duur
- Parttime of Fulltime
- Brussel & Remote (makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer)
Jouw functie?
Als Legal Counsel maak je deel uit van het juridische departement dat momenteel bestaat uit 2 juristen en een paralegal.
Je staat in het algemeen in voor de juridische begeleiding van allerhande vastgoedtransacties (zoals verhuur, verkoop, financiering, vastgoedontwikkeling, aanneming…), corporate housekeeping en juridische geschillen in België (Vlaanderen en Brussel) en het buitenland.
Met name bieden we een gevarieerd en evolutief takenpakket bestaande o.a. uit:
- De begeleiding van het all-round juridische vastgoedbeheer en vastgoedontwikkeling van een Belgische vastgoedportfolio;
- Behandeling van complexe documentatie en projecten inzake acquisities en verkopen van vastgoed;
- Opstellen en opvolgen van huurcontracten;
- Opvolging van geschillendossiers;
- Begeleiding en opvolging van de vennootschapsstructuur in België en het buitenland (samen met de lokale juristen);
- Begeleiden van complexe financieringstransacties (binnen de groep en met externe partijen);
- Begeleiden van de structurering en supervisie van internationale projecten (onder meer Polen, Slovakije…).
Jouw profiel?
- Je behaalde een Master in de Rechten en hebt als junior 2-5 jaar ervaring en als senior minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring;
- Je houdt van complexe transacties en samenwerking met verschillende departementen en internationale (juridische) teams;
- Je hebt oog voor detail maar kan ook het globaal overzicht van een project behouden;
- Je bent een gemotiveerd en dynamisch persoon die graag oplossingsgericht denkt;
- Je bent communicatief en werkt graag in teamverband, maar kunt zelfstandig ook complexe problemen analyseren en zelf een voorstel formuleren van oplossing;
- Je hebt een interesse voor het vastgoed(recht) in al haar facetten;
- Je hebt een vlotte gesproken en geschreven kennis van het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels.
