Functieomschrijving Wat als je de sleutelspeler kon zijn in een strategische procurement operatie, waar je het roer van het categoriebeheer neemt en de contractlevenscyclus van begin tot eind stuurt?
Stel jezelf voor in de kern van het procurement proces van Equans BeLux, waar jouw expertise zorgt voor naadloze operaties en strategisch succes. Als Expert Lead Buyer | Contract Management, navigeer je met finesse de complexiteit van het procurement proces, in lijn met strategische doelen en risico’s beperken.
Ben je er klaar voor?
  • bijdragen aan de operationalisering en implementatie van de missie, strategie en doelstellingen van Procurement BeLux
  • categoriebeheer
    • expertise ontwikkelen en onderhouden (marktkennis, innovaties…) in een of meer procurement(sub)categorieën
    • andere procurement rollen ondersteunen waar aanbevolen met je (categorie) expertise
    • hoofdonderhandelingen in je domein beheren
  • contractbeheer:
    • een portefeuille van (raamwerk)overeenkomsten beheren met gecontracteerde leveranciers binnen aangewezen procurement categorieën
    • verlengingen, heronderhandelingen voor de portefeuille van (raamwerk)overeenkomsten beheren om ervoor te zorgen dat ze up-to-date blijven gedurende de levenscyclus van de overeenkomst
    • nieuwe potentieel identificeren (extra besparingen, risicovermindering, efficiënt proces) via het contracteren van niet-gecontracteerde sleutelleveranciers binnen aangewezen procurement categorieën
    • afstemmen met de categorie-eigenaar bij Procurement om een uitgelijnde strategie en uitvoering te waarborgen
    • de overeenkomsten communiceren naar interne business (eindgebruikers) via de juiste kanalen
    • optreden als moderator in discussies tussen interne klanten en leveranciers
    • samenwerken met andere Procurement teams om contractbeheer in lijn met procurement governance te waarborgen (bijv. catalogi onderhandelen met leverancier en analist informeren voor upload)
    • de categorieën en markten (industrie, leveranciers, aannemers, innovaties…) en de interne behoeften (specificaties, etc.) begrijpen en kennen om de organisatorische behoeften te vertalen in de meest adequate overeenkomsten met leveranciers
  • doelstellingen & besparingen:
    • werken naar, opvolgen en rapporteren over procurement besparingsdoelstellingen in je scope
    • ervoor zorgen dat de besparingen worden gerapporteerd volgens de vereiste richtlijnen
    • bijdragen aan het behalen van zakelijke en procurement doelstellingen
  • de juiste procurement beleid en -processen toepassen en communiceren om de gestelde doelen voor de organisatie te bereiken
  • procurement methodologie toepassen en procurement hulpmiddelen gebruiken (ondersteund door Procurement Excellence)
Profiel Zijn we een match?
  • universitaire masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in multi-technische domeinen
  • ervaring met het leiden van grote procurement projecten
  • procurement vaardigheden en -kennis: onderhandelen, contracteren, financieel en kostenbeheer, contracten en purchase law
  • vaardigheid in procurement hulpmiddelen
  • vaardigheid in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • zeer goede communicatie- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden
  • vaardigheid (mondeling en schriftelijk) in minimaal Nederlands, en bij voorkeur Frans en Engels
