contribuer à lopérationnalisation et à la mise en œuvre de la mission, de la stratégie et des objectifs de Procurement BeLux gestion des catégories développer et maintenir une expertise (connaissance du marché, innovations) dans une ou plusieurs sous-catégories Procurement soutenir dautres rôles de Procurement lorsque recommandé avec votre expertise (catégorie) gérer les principales négociations dans votre domaine gestion des contrats : gérer un portefeuille daccords (cadre) avec des fournisseurs contractés dans les catégories de Procurement désignées gérer les extensions, renégociations pour le portefeuille daccords (cadre) afin de les maintenir à jour tout au long du cycle de vie de laccord identifier de nouveaux potentiels (économies supplémentaires, réduction des risques, processus efficace) via la contractualisation de fournisseurs clés non contractés dans les catégories de Procurement désignées saligner avec le propriétaire de la catégorie chez Procurement pour assurer une stratégie et une exécution alignées communiquer les accords aux entreprises internes (utilisateurs finaux) via les canaux appropriés agir en tant que modérateur dans les discussions entre clients internes et fournisseurs collaborer avec dautres équipes Procurement pour assurer une gestion des contrats conforme à la gouvernance Procurement (par exemple, négocier des catalogues avec le fournisseur et informer lanalyste pour le téléchargement) comprendre et connaître les catégories et les marchés (industrie, fournisseurs, entrepreneurs, innovations) et les besoins internes (spécifications, etc.) afin de traduire les besoins organisationnels dans les accords les plus adéquats avec les fournisseurs objectifs et économies : travailler vers, suivre et rapporter sur les objectifs déconomies Procurement dans votre champ daction sassurer que les économies sont rapportées selon les directives requises contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux et de Procurement appliquer et communiquer les politiques et processus Procurement appropriés pour atteindre les objectifs fixés pour lorganisation appliquer la méthodologie Procurement et utiliser les outils Procurement (soutenus par Procurement Excellence)Sommes-nous un "match" ?
master universitaire ou équivalent par expérience pertinente au moins 5 ans dexpérience dans des domaines multi-techniques expérience dans la direction de grands projets procurement compétences et connaissances en Procurement : négociation, contractualisation, gestion financière et des coûts, contrats et droit des achats maîtrise des outils Procurement maîtrise de Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) très bonnes compétences en communication et influence maîtrise (verbale et écrite) au minimum du néerlandais, et de préférence du français et de langlaisEnvie de relever les défis multi-techniques de demain ?
