Le groupe RH français Synergie compte 600 bureaux dans 15 pays différents. S&You est une division spécialisée dans le recrutement, la sélection et la recherche par approche directe de profils cadres ou expérimentés.
Notre client est la société DEOM, entreprise familiale fondée en 1961 et importatrice exclusive en Belgique de la marque PALFINGER (grues de manutention et appareils de levage dans les domaines civils et forestiers). Deom s'adresse à tout le territoire belge via un réseau de concessionnaires pour des professionnels hautement exigeants. Possédant son Siège à Libin, l'entreprise rassemble aujourd'hui 60 travailleurs, dont la mission est d'apporter à chaque projet une expérience et un produit de qualité en partenariat avec des marques de premier rang.
Afin de soutenir son équipe commercial, nous sommes à la recherche d'un conseiller technico - commercial.
Vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :
- Vous vous référencez auprès des institutions publiques et vendez directement tous les produits de la gamme PALFINGER en région néerlandophone et bruxelloise ;
- Vos clients sont des organismes du secteur public (communes, intercommunales, institutions provinciales, régionales et de l'état) et sociétés anonymes de droit public ;
- Vous développez et suivez un réseau de concessionnaires camions ;
- Vous conseillez techniquement la clientèle, vous répondez et complétez des appels d'offres dans leur intégralité à l'aide du bureau d'études et/ou de notre réseau de concessionnaires ;
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec l'atelier et le bureau d'études dans l'apport de solutions techniques en faisant appel à votre connaissance des produits et à votre compréhension des dossiers clients ;
- Vous accompagnez l'équipe technique de DEOM lors des livraisons du matériel ;
- Vous assurez le suivi du dossier de vente après livraison ;
- Vous représentez la société DEOM lors des salons et expositions ;
- Vous participez aux réunions de production bimensuelles à Libin.
- Vous maitrisez le néerlandais et le français, la maitrise de l'anglais est un plus ;
- Vous possédez une expérience commerciale concluante ;
- vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience en matière de tenders et d'appels d'offres ;
- Vous disposez des aptitudes techniques et un intérêt certain pour le secteur ;
- La connaissance du secteur des poids lourds est un atout ;
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur, organisation, persévérance et proactivité ;
- Vous appréciez de travailler de manière autonome.
