Het bedrijf heeft zijn hoofdzetel in Libin en stelt momenteel 60 mensen te werk. DEOM heeft dealers over gans België, gericht op de professionele markt.

Om het sales team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een technisch-commercieel adviseur om de publieke sector verder uit te bouwen.

Functiebeschrijving

  • Je treedt op als aanspreekpunt voor openbare instellingen en verkoopt rechtstreeks de producten van het Palfinger-gamma in het Nederlandstalige en Brusselse Gewest;
  • Je klanten zijn openbare instellingen (gemeenten, intercommunales, provinciale, gewestelijke en overheidsinstellingen) en naamloze vennootschappen van publiek recht;
  • Je ontwikkelt en monitort een netwerk van concessiehouders voor vrachtwagens;
  • Je geeft technisch advies aan klanten en beantwoordt en vervolledigt aanbestedingen met de hulp van het studiebureau en/of het dealernetwerk;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de werkplaats en het studiebureau om technische oplossingen te ontwikkelen, waarbij je gebruik maakt van je productkennis en je inzicht in de klantendossiers;
  • Je ondersteunt het technische team van DEOM bij de materiaalleveringen;
  • Je volgt het verkoopdossier op na de levering;
  • Je vertegenwoordigt DEOM op beurzen en tentoonstellingen;
  • Tweewekelijkse teamvergadering in Libin.



  • Je bent commercieel sterk en hebt een relevante ervaring van enkele jaren met openbare aanbestedingen
  • Je hebt een passie voor en sterke kennis van techniek (mechanica, hydraulica, enz.)
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van of wil je verdiepen in onze producten, voertuigen (technische kenmerken en prestaties), netwerk van verkopers, distributeurs, markt en opportuniteiten
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator en hebt goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • Je toont initiatief en doorzettingsvermogen en werkt georganiseerd en nauwgezet
  • Je houdt ervan autonoom te kunnen werken.
