We're working with a gaming company based in Brussels who are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help build and evolve the systems that keep their games online and their teams moving fast. This role is heavily involved in the technical platform: supporting cloud and On-Prem infrastructure, improving automation, and making sure environments are secure. It's hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who enjoys both building and maintaining systems. ResponsibilitiesDesigning, deploying, and maintaining cloud and On-Prem infrastructureManaging AWS environments, focusing on core compute and Storage servicesOperating and improving virtualized and containerized platforms (ideally Proxmox)Maintaining and supporting Linux (Debian-based) and Windows systems, including server and Embedded environmentsBuilding and maintaining infrastructure using TerraForm and AnsibleWriting and maintaining scripts in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell to automate operationsSupporting and improving CI/CD pipelines, with a solid understanding of how delivery workflows functionTroubleshooting infrastructure issues and improving system reliability and performanceCollaborating closely with development and technical teams to support game platformsApplying basic networking knowledge to diagnose and resolve connectivity or performance issues Your profileAWS, with solid knowledge of classic compute and Storage servicesVirtualization and containers, ideally with ProxmoxLinux environments, preferably Debian-based (server and Embedded applications)Windows systems, including server and Embedded use casesInfrastructure as Code & automation using TerraForm and AnsibleScripting skills in Python and/or Bash (PowerShell is a plus)CI/CD concepts, with a good understanding of how pipelines workBasic networking knowledge is a plus The offerA chance to work in the gaming industry, where performance and uptime really matterA mix of cloud and On-Prem infrastructure, not just one or the otherReal ownership over systems and automation, not just maintenanceA collaborative technical team that values practical solutions over buzzwordsFlexible hybrid workUp to EUR6.500 (dependent on experience & interview process)Full package including mobility options/car
