We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to play a key role in our enterprise-wide data initiatives. This is a high-visibility, transversal role (you'll collaborate with stakeholders across virtually every function of the company to understand data needs, define requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful data solutions).You'll be the vital link between business and technology teams, helping translate strategic objectives into actionable data outcomes. Experience in data projects, especially Data Warehouse implementations, is essential for success in this position. Key responsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across departments, managing relationships, expectations, and communication effectivelyGather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to data initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment between teamsCollaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to design and deliver data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and governance needsContribute to the implementation and evolution of the enterprise Data Warehouse, ensuring data quality, consistency, and usabilitySupport data governance and metadata management efforts, helping drive data literacy and adoption across the businessTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders What we're looking forProven experience as a Business Data Analyst or Data-Focused Business Analyst in cross-functional environmentsStrong background in data-driven projects, ideally including Data Warehouse or data platform implementationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence, align, and engage at all levels of the organizationUnderstanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with Azure data environments (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse) is a plusAnalytical mindset with attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the big pictureExperience in the financial sector is an advantage but not mandatory
