SQ Lenssens & Partners is geen klassiek advocatenkantoor. We zijn dynamisch, onafhankelijk en net dat tikkeltje atypisch. Actief binnen het economisch, burgerlijk recht én het strafrecht als litigators maar vaak ook betrokken in schikkingen. We treden op in bekende dossiers zoals FORTIS, ARCO, VOLKSWAGEN - DIESELGATE, PHILIPS en PFAS – 3M. Geen routinezaken. Wel dossiers waar je juridisch vakmanschap kan combineren met strategie, scherpzinnigheid en… soms een gezonde dosis lef. Maar dat is het topje van de ijsberg want we behandelen veel dossiers die nooit in de media komen. Voor het team van Mr. Geert Lenssens – één in zijn soort, al 35 jaar aan de balie – zoeken we een senior associate die mee impact wil maken.Je komt terecht in een modern kantoor met 6 vaste advocaten plus een team van losse medewerkers – advocaten en 2 administratieve medewerkers met jaren ervaring. Je krijgt directe toegang tot de expertise van Mr. Lenssens – bekend om zijn succesvolle aanpak in grote mediagevoelige dossiers. Je leert van iemand die het vak beheerst tot in de finesse. Je krijgt dossiers die uitdagen, energie geven en je juridisch kompas verfijnen. Van spraakmakende zaken tot fijne nichevragen – in de diepte én de breedte.Een advocaat die méér brengt dan kennis alleen: Master in de Rechten (ManaMa is een plus) Min. 5 jaar balie-ervaring (stage inbegrepen) Een stevige basis in economisch, burgerlijk recht én strafrecht.
