Description de la fonction La fonction d’Associate Technical Risk Manager est double. D'une part, vous assistez le Risk Manager dans la gestion de l'équipe de conseillers en prévention spécialisés en sécurité du travail, en ergonomie et en hygiène du travail et vous êtes le back up du Risk Manager. Vous agissez en tant qu'expert dans le domaine technique et devenez l'expert des outils informatiques utilisés par ces conseillers en prévention.
D'autre part, en tant que conseiller en prévention de la sécurité au travail de niveau I, vous apportez votre soutien à nos clients dans l’élaboration, le développement et le maintien d’une politique de prévention efficace, conformément à la législation relative sur la sécurité au travail.
Plus concrèt:
- Vous effectuez des visites d’entreprises, des analyses de postes de travail et proposez les mesures nécessaires permettant d’éviter et de réduire les risques.
- Vous réalisez des analyses de risques et rédigez des plans globaux de prévention et des plans d’action annuels.
- À la demande du client, vous analysez les plaintes ou les problèmes de sécurité.
- Vous menez des missions d’avis spécifiques (par ex. collaborer à la réalisation du contrôle technique de sécurité des nouvelles installations, apporter votre soutien dans le cadre de nouvelles normes de sécurité, …) ; vous vous chargez de la planification et de l’exécution des interventions techniques en concertation avec le client et vos collègues du département technique ; vous rédigez un rapport d’activités de qualité destiné au client et vous assurez le suivi administratif en vue de clôturer l’intervention.
- Vous analysez les accidents du travail.
- Vous dispensez des formations à nos clients et à leurs collaborateurs.
- À la demande du client, vous participez aux réunions du CPPT.
- Vous êtes en possession d’un diplôme de Master Ingénieur civil ou d’Ingénieur industriel et d’un diplôme complémentaire de Conseiller en Prévention niveau I.
- Vous disposez de quelques années d’expérience pertinente.
- Vous vous démarquez par votre motivation, votre sens des responsabilités et votre sens de l’organisation.
- Vous disposez d’une grande orientation client et d’excellentes compétences en communication et ce, aussi bien en français ou en néerlandsai.
- Vous êtes titulaire du permis B et êtes disposé·e à vous déplacer vers nos clients dans la région de Bruxelles.
- Un contrat temps plein à durée indéterminée de 36h/semaine en moyenne. Nous attachons de l’importance à l’équilibre vie privée-vie professionnelle. C’est pourquoi nous prévoyons 24 jours de RTT en plus des 20 jours de congés légaux.
