“Meten is weten”.  Ook bij MIVB is deze uitspraak zeer van toepassing.  Het beheer van data en de analytische toepassingen staat dan ook sinds jaar en dag centraal in onze organisatie.  Het behoort ondertussen tot de cruciale domeinen waarin MIVB wil uitblinken, om zo ook optimaal onze operaties en het nemen van beslissingen te ondersteunen.
Als Head of Data & Analytics speel je een sleutelrol binnen de MIVB en de goede werking van de organisatie.  Je voornaamste uitdaging is het ontwikkelen van een strategie, een governance en verschillende projecten rond de platformen en diensten binnen het Data & Analytics domein.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
* Het ontwikkelen van een strategie rond Data & Analytics (afgestemd met de Data board) die de voornaamste uitdagingen van de MIVB duurzaam ondersteunt.
* Je zorgt voor een transversaal “data capabilities framework” (Data Governance, Data Architecture &Infrastructure, Data Analytics & Insights, Data Value Management, etc.) over de ganse MIVB en stemt dit af met de verschillende betrokken diensten 
* Je zorgt voor een duurzame ondersteuning binnen het domein en zorgt ervoor dat MIVB up-to-date is in haar praktijken rond Data & Analytics 
* Je ontwikkelt de nodige tools, processen, technologieën en partnerships binnen het domein en ondersteunt de CIO in het bepalen van de prioriteiten terzake.
* Ook op vlak van betrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid, en continue verbetering van de praktijken rond Data & Analytics ben je de spilfiguur.
* Je staat niet alleen voor deze uitdaging en kunt rekenen op jouw eigen team waar je instaat voor de dagelijkse leiding op organisatorisch, menselijk en technologisch vlak
* Als “leader” van het domein vertegenwoordig je de materie op alle niveaus van de MIVB, met inbegrip van verschillende Boards, het Management Comité van IT, en de Algemene Directie.
* Ook naar de buitenwereld toe ben je de stem van de MIVB rond datamanagement en datasharing. Profiel * Je hebt een opleiding niveau Master genoten of bent gelijkgesteld door relevante ervaring in het domein.
* Je beschikt over een mature en geslaagde ervaring op vlak van Data & Analytics.
* Jouw ervaring in het domein vertaalt zich zowel naar “people management” toe alsook naar strategisch management.
* Je combineert op een vlotte manier jouw technische kennis met een uitgesproken “leadership”. Je geloofwaardigheid, persoonlijkheid en communicatie skills zijn essentiële elementen die ervoor zullen zorgen dat je jouw organisatie in beweging kunt brengen en laten evolueren.
* Je bent goed op de hoogte van het domein en de verschillende evoluties, wat je toelaat om hieromtrent een visie en plan van aanpak te ontwikkelen.
* Je bent in staat om succesvol te evolueren binnen een grote en complexe organisatie met verschillende “stakeholders”.
