Onze klant biedt technologische en logistieke oplossingen aan bedrijven, actief in verscheidene industrietakken.
Er zijn meer dan 180 vestigingen verspreid over meer dan 40 landen in Europa, Noord-Amerika, Zuid-Amerika en het Verre Oosten en ze stellent zo'n 18.000 mensen tewerk.
Ter uitbreiding van hun team zijn ze op zoek naar een Management Trainee.
Je wordt tewerkgesteld in Beringen, een jong dynamische site op een oppervlakte van 65.000 m magazijnruimte en met verschillende logistieke klanten
Je bent iemand die graag procesmatig werkt, niet in problemen maar in oplossingen denkt.
Je houdt van het operationele, administratieve, systemen en software een duizendpoot of nog zoekende naar je ware "ik"?
Je wil meewerken aan het ontwikkelen van een Warehouse Management Systeem waar je processen gaat vertalen in business flows.
Je bent polyvalent en houdt van afwisseling binnen een klein team, waarbij je het verschil wil maken?
Als Trainee trek je mee aan de kar en kun je mee de basis uitzetten binnen onze bedrijf.
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om je carrière een start te geven, een nieuwe boost of de zaken eens te bekijken vanuit een ander perspectief. Profiel Je hebt een universitair diploma en/of een eerste werkervaring op zak
Je beschikt over sterke analytische en administratieve vaardigheden
Je bent communicatief
Je bent bereid te investeren in jezelf en bent een echte doorzetter
Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit
Je bent flexibel inzetbaar
Je bent stressbestendig en kwaliteitsbewust
Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels
Iemand die doorzettingsvermogen bezit en die betrokkenheid met het bedrijf toont
