Business intelligence analyst gezocht voor een internationaal bedrijf in Hoogstraten dat zich richt op het creeren van duurzame producten voor de luchtvaart en voedselindustrie.
Data vormt tegenwoordig de kern van veel zakelijke beslissingen. De BI-analist ondersteunt de verschillende afdelingen om beschikbare gegevens te benutten en kansen voor verbetering te identificeren, evenals potentiële problemen te herkennen. Hun werk is gericht op het verbeteren van efficiëntie, kostenbesparing en het stimuleren van winst voor het bedrijf
Power BI is onlangs geïmplementeerd als BI- en datavisualisatietool. De BI-analist is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van inzichtelijke Power BI-dashboards en rapporten die belangrijke belanghebbenden voorzien van waardevolle business intelligence. De ideale kandidaat heeft een bewezen staat van dienst in het leveren van hoogwaardige Power BI-oplossingen, een diepgaand begrip van de beste praktijken voor gegevensvisualisatie en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met interdisciplinaire teams. Als tweede pijler van de functie moet de BI-analist potentiële risico's/kansen vinden op basis van de gegevensoutput. Andere bedrijfsbeheersactiviteiten maken ook deel uit van de functie.
Horen oa ook nog bij de taken van de BI Analyst :
Ontwikkelen en ontwerpen van Power BI-dashboards en rapporten om te voldoen aan de zakelijke vereisten.
Samenwerken met businessanalisten, data engineers en andere belanghebbenden van andere afdelingen om rapportagevereisten te verzamelen en te begrijpen.
Ruwe gegevens omzetten in betekenisvolle visualisaties, waarbij nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid en naleving van de normen voor gegevensbeheer worden gewaarborgd. - Optimaliseren en stroomlijnen van gegevensmodellen voor verbeterde prestaties en efficiëntie.
Implementeren en onderhouden van gegevensbeveiliging en toegangscontroles binnen Power BI.
Op de hoogte blijven van trends in de branche en opkomende Power BI-functies om de rapportagemogelijkheden voortdurend te verbeteren.
Training en ondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers om de waarde van Power BI binnen de organisatie te maximaliseren en problemen met Power BI-rapporten en dashboards op te lossen.
Problemen met Power BI-rapporten en dashboards oplossen.
Analyseren van de gegevensoutput en potentiële risico's/kansen vinden en communiceren met de relevante belanghebbenden om deze respectievelijk te verminderen of te benutten.
Bedrijfsbeheersactiviteiten: bijv. Maandelijkse rapportage (Logistiek/Inkoop/Verkoop ) / Afsluitingsactiviteiten / Margeanalyses /
Ad hoc bedrijfs-/gegevensanalyse en -rapportage afhankelijk van verzoeken van de organisatie (A-Z). Profiel Bachelor's of master's degree (Finance, Business & Management);
Bewezen ervaring als Power BI-ontwikkelaar en sterke vaardigheid in DAX en M querytaal.
Sterke vaardigheid in Power BI, DAX en M querytaal.
Solide begrip van concepten voor gegevensmodellering en datawarehousing.
Ervaring met SQL en andere gegevensmanipulatietools kan worden beschouwd als een pluspunt.
Uitstekende probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden.
Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
Vermogen om problemen in duidelijke oorzaken te ontleden, en van daaruit juiste maatregelen en oplossingen te definiëren.
Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail;
Vermogen om te multitasken en werk te prioriteren.
Kritisch denken en veranderaar - vermogen om problemen te zien, oplossingen te identificeren en samen te werken met andere functionele groepen om maatregelen te implementeren.
In staat zijn om resultaten te leveren in een omgeving met hoge druk, verbonden met tijdsbeheervaardigheden (lokale en bedrijfsdeadlines beheren).
Vermogen om zelfstandig en samen te werken in een teamgerichte omgeving.
Vaardig in MS Office 365-toepassingen (Excel, Powerpoint) - kennis van SAP en/of MS Dynamics is een troef.
