Wat ga je doen?

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Development & Service Delivery Officer met sterke technische en projectmanagementvaardigheden.
In deze uitdagende rol werk je mee aan het opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van IT-projectplannen en stuur je diverse externe bedrijven aan.
Je beheert de core-systemen en draagt bij aan de implementatie van EDI-processen, het Terminal Operating Systeem en andere applicatieve innovaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Development Officer:
- Projectbeheer:
je stelt technische projectplannen op, beheert ze en volgt de voortgang nauwgezet op
je rapporteert regelmatig over de status aan het IT-departement en business units
- Externe aansturen: je coördineert en stuurt externe bedrijven aan voor het realiseren van IT-projecten
- Core-systeembeheer: je beheert de essentiële systemen, zoals IBM P-series, Aix, Oracle en Jboss
- EDI-processen: je draagt bij aan de verwerking en rapportering van EDI-processen via Webfocus en iWay
- Applicatieontwikkeling: je ontwikkelt nieuwe functionaliteiten en tools ter bevordering van de integratie tussen componenten

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Service Delivery Officer:
- Klantenondersteuning: je biedt dagelijkse IT-ondersteuning aan interne en externe klanten zowel voor hardware als software
- Incident-, Problem- en Change Management: je beheert de tweede lijn support, prioriteert en volgt incidenten op tot ze volledig opgelost zijn (dit samen met de service desk)
- Eerstelijns Support: je handelt klantklachten en problemen snel en efficiënt af, en communiceert geplande wijzigingen
- Procesverbetering: je brengt bedrijfsprocessen in kaart, analyseert ze en stelt verbeterprojecten voor

Je rapporteert aan IT Manager en IT Project Coördinator voor toewezen projecten. Zelf geef je sturing aan IT Development team en extern partners.
Samenwerken doe je met interne projectcoördinatoren, business units en je hebt contact met externe leveranciers en klanten.

Opleiding : Bachelor en Master in IT richting

Vakkennis : Je hebt een goed inzicht in IT-evoluties en trands.
Ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken
Bekend met IBM P-series, Aix, Oracle, Jboss, Webfocus, iWay
