- Je ondersteunt het management bij het opstellen van de backlog van alle activiteiten die nodig zijn om optimale ondersteuning te bieden, prioriteert deliverables en draagt actief bij aan het "make or buy" beslissingsproces voor projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijken van de algemene diensten om de veranderingen te analyseren die nodig zijn om interne processen te automatiseren, te vereenvoudigen en te verbeteren om ze effectiever en efficiënter te maken.
- In het kader van de definitie van de behoeften begrijp je de behoeften en zorgen van zowel het management als de eindgebruikers. Je voert gedetailleerde procesanalyses uit en definieert de bedrijfsprocessen die je vervolgens modelleert tot functionaliteiten.
- Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de follow-up en de functionele ondersteuning van het ontwikkelingsproces, van de implementatie en de kwaliteitscontrole tot de levering van de oplossing. Je fungeert als onafhankelijke interface tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen, of het nu gaat om de algemene diensten, de IT-teams van Smals en/of externe productleveranciers. Je draagt bij tot de coördinatie van de activiteiten om een oplossing op te leveren die voldoet aan de behoeften van de gebruikers.
- Tot slot ben je in geval van een incident een van de belangrijkste aanspreekpunten voor je collega's. Je zoekt mee naar de oorzaak van problemen en denkt mee over structurele oplossingen. Je bent creatief in het vinden van workarounds met de technisch coördinator en richt je op het herstellen van de dienstverlening.
Profiel Je behaalde een Masterdiploma en hebt ervaring als functioneel analist.
Je hebt een goede kennis van de volgende gebieden: requirements capture, functionele analyse, OO-ontwikkelingsprincipes en testtechnieken, evenals affiniteit met procesmodellering (Lean, BPMN...) en de methodologieën die binnen Smals worden gevolgd (Agile, Scrum, Kanban...).
Je geeft blijk van autonomie en bent in staat om de vragen van verschillende stakeholders te organiseren en prioriteiten te stellen.
Je hebt uitstekende relationele vaardigheden. Je werkt graag met verschillende teams, hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan je aanpassen aan mensen met verschillende IT-achtergronden (ontwikkelaar, technicus, administratief, enz.).
Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de twee landstalen.
