Voor de Customer care afdeling zoeken we een bediende

Als Customer Care Agent ben jij het centrale contact van de klant. Je krijgt een specifieke klantenportefeuille toegewezen en je werkt samen met één van de commerciële mensen om snel en adequaat in te spelen op alle behoeften van de klant.

Focus zal voornamelijk liggen op order entry, mailverkeer naar klanten en sales, out of stocks oplossen, enz

Eens je goed ingewerkt bent, komen er taken bij
vb. het order to cash proces opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat de juiste hoeveelheid van het gevraagde product tegen de juiste prijs en op tijd bij de klant geleverd wordt. Indien de afspraken niet lukken zoals gepland, stuur je bij of stel je alternatieven voor.
Als centraal aanspreekpunt stuur je de andere afdelingen aan om de gemaakte afspraken met de klant maximaal na te leven. Voor bepaalde deeltaken kan je beroep doen op de ondersteuning van de experts van de klantendienst. Bij afwezigheid van een collega worden de dossiers overgedragen naar een back-up.
Om een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening te garanderen, beschik je over een ruime kennis van de activiteiten van de klant en bouw je permanent aan een goede verstandhouding met jouw klant.
Je bent in staat om een nauwe band op te bouwen met je klanten om hun activiteiten te begrijpen en samen te werken aan het plannen van activiteiten in functie van de vraag van de klant en de capaciteiten & noden.
Je rapporteert aan de customer care manager.
Dit is een opdracht van minstens 1 jaar
Profiel Welke talenten breng jij mee?
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift.
Kennis van het Frans is zeker een meerwaarde.
Je hebt hoger onderwijs gevolgd en je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bij voorkeur een commerciële richting.
Een 3-tal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en context is een mooi voordeel.
Je bent bijzonder klantvriendelijk en servicegericht, en je werkwijze is analytisch en georganiseerd.
Daarnaast ben je oplossingsgericht en nauwgezet in de uitvoering en wil je voortdurend verbeteringen aanbrengen.
Je beschikt over een flinke dosis positieve assertiviteit en commerciële feeling, je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
Je bent in staat om bruggen te slaan tussen afdelingen en je kunt concreet inzicht geven in de bedrijfsvoering van je klanten.
Een goede samenwerking is voor jou belangrijk en je communiceert op een open en enthousiaste manier.
Je hebt affiniteit met IT-systemen en Microsoft Office heeft voor jou geen geheimen.
