Als Microsoft 365 & Legacy support engineer focus jij je op het oplossen van complexe en minder complexe vragen en incidenten bij de klant. Het supporteren van M365 clients en de client infra in het algemeen is in je rol van groot belang. Gezien een groot deel van de organisaties nog niet volledig cloud based zijn is het van belang dat je eveneens kennis hebt van de legacy infrastructuur zoals AD, file & print servers en basiskennis netwerk infra, bvb switches routers maar eveneens DNS.

Afhankelijk van de klant waarvoor je zal werken zorg je bvb voor de uitrol van PC's via Autopilot maar dit kan net zo goed nog via SCCM zijn. Niet enkel installaties maar algemeen client support behoort ook tot het takenpakket. Conditional Access en Compliance Policy in MS365 zijn bvb NET zoals GPO's in AD geen onbekenden voor je. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis zal je tevens voor verschillende klanten of projecten werken. Communicatie, klant vriendelijkheid en een goede team spirit is tevens van uiterst belang.
Responsibilities
  • het supporteren van modern desktops & bvb device uitrol;
  • het supporteren van legacy desktops & bvb device uitrol;
  • uitrollen en supporteren van Mobile devices, Android/Apple;
  • support bieden op algemene client infrastructuur;
  • samenwerken binnen het team aan complexe en minder complexe projecten;
  • Nederlands en Engels heb je vlot onder de knie.

Other qualifications
  • Minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een PC support functie;
  • Microsoft 365 certificaties zoals MS101/MS102 of anderen zijn een plusppunt.
