Customer Care Agent Export

Voor een langdurige opdracht van ongeveer 6 maanden zoeken we een Administratief Bediende die het team van Customer Care Agents Export kan ondersteunen.
Je zal de collega's ondersteunen bij opmaak en opvolging van exportdocumenten en vrachtdocumenten van voornamelijk zee transport.
Je zal verschillende administratieve dossiers behandelen.
Daarnaast heb je algemene administratieve taken waarbij je de nodige informatie krijgt en met de computer zal werken.
Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden:
-Het bewaken van het order to cash proces om ervoor te zorgen dat op tijd en volledig geleverd kan worden aan de klanten - en tegen de juiste prijs.-Transport beheren - voornamelijk zeevracht - en ladingen coördineren met het magazijn.
-Ervoor zorgen dat aan alle klant- en wettelijke vereisten wordt voldaan.
-Optreden als centraal contactersoon voor de klant en samenwerken met andere afdelingen om aan alle behoeften van de klant te voldoen.
Profiel Je bent een pas afgestudeerde Bachelor óf Master in een commerciële of logistieke opleiding
Ervaring in expeditie en internationale logistiek is een groot pluspunt.
Vloeiende kennis Nederlands en Engels vereist.
Ervaring met SAP is een grote plus.
Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig om de uitdagende zee logistiek aan te kunnen, positief assertief en commerciële feeling.
Je hebt een goed tempo, je bent heel accuraat, en je kan goed multitasken.
Daarnaast heb je een groot leervermogen en ben je flexibel.
Je kan je vlot kan inwerken in een nieuwe groep
Je kan autonoom werken.
Eigen inbreng voor verbetering in de process flows wordt gewaardeerd. Aanbod Wat mag jij verwachten?
Dit is een langdurige tijdelijke opdracht van minstens 6 maanden, dus mogelijkheid op kans tot verlenging
Werkuren van 9 uur tot 17 uur met enige flexibiliteit.
