En outre, vous consignez et gérez les incidents. Vous appliquez toujours les procédures nécessaires et les suivez jusqu'à ce qu'une résolution complète soit possible. De plus, vous réfléchissez de manière critique aux éventuelles améliorations à apporter aux procédures.
Vous êtes également responsable du lifecycle management du matériel. Vous identifiez l'end of life du matériel existant, sélectionnez et introduisez les remplaçants et les apps y afférentes.
Vous réalisez également des études de faisabilité et évaluez les différentes solutions logicielles et matérielles susceptibles de répondre aux besoins.
Par ailleurs, vous êtes chargé(e) de fournir le soutien nécessaire conformément à la méthodologie ITIL. Enfin, vous documentez et maintenez la documentation à jour avec les développements nécessaires. Profil Titulaire d'un Bachelor ou d'un Master dans une orientation informatique, vous possédez de préférence au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
Vous avez des connaissances en matière de pare-feu, load balancers, LAN, WAN, SAN, commutateurs de réseau, routeurs, DHCP, DNS et (reverse) proxies. Vous connaissez également Microsoft Azure et Office 365.
Vous travaillez volontiers en équipe et possédez de bonnes aptitudes en matière de communication.
Grâce à votre sens de l'analyse et de l'organisation, vous menez des projets de façon autonome et structurée, et proposez des améliorations.
Vous êtes à même d’analyser un problème correctement et fixez les justes priorités.
Vous possédez une connaissance passive du néerlandais.
