Description de la fonction En tant que Chef de Projet IT, vous prenez en charge la réalisation de projets ICT socialement engagés dans le respect du planning et de la qualité requise.
Vous assurez un reporting régulier de l’avancement des projets et veillez à une bonne communication entre les différentes parties concernées.
Vous effectuez le suivi des activités et veillez à une bonne organisation du travail au sein de la division (plan opérationnel, processus et procédures,…).
Vous organisez, entre autres, le processus de change management et vous assurez le support et l’évolution des « best practices » au sein de la division.
Vous jouez un rôle de motivateur, de conseiller et de facilitateur à l'égard des business units et du management, et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec ces derniers.
Vous mettez en place un bon people management en stimulant, coordonnant et motivant les collaborateurs impliqués dans la réalisation des projets. Profil Titulaire d’un diplôme de Bachelier ou d'un Master, de préférence dans le domaine ICT, vous disposez de minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques d'analyse et des méthodologies telles que Agile et Prince 2.
Un background technique dans les technologies suivantes est un atout : Java, JEE, Openshift, Webservices Rest, . Net…
Doté d’un bon sens des responsabilités, vous êtes orienté clients et résultats.
Méthodique et organisé, vous êtes capable de déterminer les priorités et de coordonner les différents intervenants au sein des projets.
Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et de bonnes capacités de négociation.
Vous accordez de l'importance à un bon coaching et êtes capable de motiver et de coordonner les équipes actives sur les projets.
