Voor 1 van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Infra Project Manager:
BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?

De afdeling Digital Business Solutions (DBS) ondersteunt alle businessactiviteiten. Het zorgt ervoor dat de klant beschikt over performante processen en een autonoom IT-systeem dat deze processen ondersteunt en dat afgestemd is op de evoluerende behoeften en opkomende technologieën.

Binnen het departement DBS neemt de dienst IT Production de volgende verantwoordelijkheden op zich:

- activiteiten op het vlak van infrastructuur, waaronder alles valt dat te maken heeft met het beheer van de IT-infrastructuur (netwerken, datacenter management, systeemoperaties en -monitoring, workspace management, end-user support, beheer van technologische innovatie...);
- activiteiten op het vlak van informatica-exploitatie, nl. de taken specifiek voor het beheer van applicatieketens (integraties, applicatie-implementatie en -monitoring, beheer van incidenten).

De dienst zet projecten op in het kader van consolidatie, ontwikkeling en beveiliging van de IT-infrastructuur (Netwerk, Servers, OS, Middleware, end points ). Om die projecten te beheren, kan de dienst rekenen op een team van Project Managers.

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Project Manager voor onze sleutelprojecten.

JOUW JOB

Als Project Manager IT Infrastructure sta je, in het kader van de ondersteuning van het informatiesysteem, in voor projecten om de infrastructuur te creëren, aan te passen of te implementeren. In dat verband beheer, superviseer en coördineer je alle projectactiviteiten door de scope, de planning en het budget vast te leggen, te superviseren en na te leven.

Meer in het bijzonder, tijdens de voorbereidingsfase van het project
- identificeer je de stakeholders
- preciseer je de scope en de deliverables, alsook de standaarden, methodes, processen en tools
- leg je een planning en een budget vast

Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase
- identificeer en beheer je de risico’s en de problemen m.b.t. het project
- identificeer je de veranderingen, analyseer je hun impact en werk je de te ondernemen acties uit.
- communiceer je met de stakeholders
- verzorg je de toewijzing en follow-up van de taken van de leden van het projectteam
- beheer je de behoeften inzake menselijke en technische middelen
- pas je de methodes, processen en tools toe zoals bepaald in het projectplan
- zorg je ervoor dat er rekening wordt gehouden met de productiebeperkingen

Tijdens de afrondingsfase
- verzorg je de overdracht van de projectkennis met het oog op continuïteit in ‘business as usual’-modus voor alle partijen waarop het project een impact heeft.

JOUW PROFIEL
- Je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma in IT of een economische, industriële of wetenschappelijke richting
- Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in dezelfde of in een vergelijkbare functie
- Je hebt ervaring met het toepassen van de processen en methodes van projectbeheer (planning, budget, indicatoren)
- Je hebt een goede kennis op het vlak van IT-infrastructuurmanagement in de ruime zin en in het bijzonder van de platformen inzake technische software (virtualisatie, workplace, cloud, hybrid-cloud, etc.) en hardware (servers, opslag).
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en hebt kennis van technisch Engels
- Kernvaardigheden: flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid, klant
- en resultaatgerichtheid, communicatie, analytische geest en kritische ingesteldheid, assertiviteit, organisatie en planning, pragmatisme en reactiviteit, luistervaardigheid en zin voor werken in teamverband
