Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Immo J. Eckelmans located in Leuven. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but Dutch and English is a must
