Dan ben je misschien blij om te weten dat we op zoek zijn naar een gepassioneerde Technical Support Engineer om onze B2B-afdeling te versterken.

Wat ga je doen?
- In een dienstverlenende rol volg en coördineer je de oplossing van klantincidenten met betrekking tot ORANGE vaste B2B convergente producten & diensten, applicaties en netwerkelementen met inachtneming van toegezegde klantenservice KPI's en SLA's.
- Je bent in staat om problemen op te lossen in een minimum van tijd, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk. Voor elk probleem maak je een technische analyse van de impact op de klant om de juiste prioriteit te bepalen en je communiceert blokkerende problemen naar Service- en Accountmanagers.
Verder ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle interne en externe partners om gecentraliseerde communicatie over klantincidenten te garanderen.
Je triggert en volgt Management of Technische Escalaties op in geval van een technische crisis. J
e informeert klanten voortdurend en proactief over de status van het probleem met betrekking tot het serviceniveau van de klant.
Je waarborgt en volgt SLA op en streeft naar een korte MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) om de impact op de klant te beperken en zo te voldoen aan de contractuele serviceverplichtingen.
Je daagt ook de TMC-teams (Technology Management Centre) uit over voorgestelde oplossingen en de geschatte MTTR.
Indien nodig organiseer je conferentiegesprekken om de verschillende belanghebbenden te coördineren en te synchroniseren.

Last but not least draag je je kennis over aan je collega's en werk je regelmatig je werkmethoden bij om een hoog kwaliteitsniveau van kennis en expertise te behouden. Profiel Jouw profiel:

Je bent op je gemak met het bepalen van prioriteiten onder druk en binnen vaste processen.
Je hebt een goede algemene technische kennis van TCP/IP-protocollen, Fixed Access (IPVPN, Corporate Internet) en het oplossen van problemen met IP-netwerken.
In je klantgerichtheid communiceer je vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
Je bent in staat om rigoureus de juiste methodes toe te passen voor het oplossen van incidenten
Je bent flexibel in werkuren en shifts (in geval van escalatie of hoge business impact) Aanbod Ontdek ons aanbod
