Als Quality & Safety Manager kom je terecht in een team van 6 kwaliteitsmedewerkers en 1 preventieadviseur en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsafdeling van het fabriek. Jouw visie is helder: voortdurende ontwikkeling en groei van jouw team stimuleren, verbeteren en optimaliseren van systemen en processen, om de kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen SanoRice te garanderen.
- Coachen en leidinggeven aan het kwaliteits- en veiligheidsteam en hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei bevorderen.
- Implementatie van het kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbeleid.
- Garanderen dat geleverde grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsstandaarden door het uitvoeren van gerichte controles.
- Producten testen om te verzekeren dat ze voldoen aan de veiligheidsstandaarden.
- Auditen van productielijnen en andere werkomgevingen om te garanderen dat ze voldoen aan de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Onderzoeken van klantenklachten en andere kwaliteits- en veiligheidsincidenten.
- Crisissituaties leiden en coördineren.
- Interne en externe audits (bege)leiden met oog op kwaliteitsgarantie en het behalen van de nodige certificaten.
- Ontwikkelen en voorzien van kwaliteits-en veiligheidstraining voor werknemers.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je lokale managementcollega's om de gemeenschappelijke doelen te waarborgen.
- Samen met de Quality & Safety collega's van de andere sites en de Quality & Safety Group Manager zetten jullie de lijnen uit voor het Quality & Safety beleid binnen SanoRice. Profiel Wie zoeken we?
- Je beschikt over een Master denkniveau(via diploma en/of ervaring) in de richting van voeding/ FMCG, agro of chemie en kan minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen
- Je hebt enige affiniteit met veiligheid en preventie en bent bereid jezelf hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Concrete ervaring op dit vlak of enige opleiding is een pluspunt.
- Je kan een team inspireren en motiveren om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je bent een teamplayer en kan afdelingsoverschrijdend denken.
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed overweg met onverwachte situaties (bv ongeplande audits, crisisincidenten).
