Maintenance and Automation Manager

Als toegewijde en ervaren Maintenance & Automatisation Manager bepaal je de strategie voor onderhoud en automatisering binnen de plant en vertaal je deze naar concrete beleidslijnen en verbeteringsprojecten . Je werkt nauw samen met de plant manager en de engineering-collega’s binnen Plukon Food Group om een efficiënte en effectieve afdeling te waarborgen en zo bij te dragen aan de realisatie van de doelstellingen van de plant.
Doelstelling : Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategisch plan voor maintenance en automatisatie, in lijn met de doelstellingen van de plant.
Taken:
• Strategieontwikkeling : Formuleren en presenteren van lange-termijn plannen en beleidslijnen inzake maintenance en automatisatie. Opstellen van een jaaractieplan en uitvoeren van ROI-analyses om de haalbaarheid en rendabiliteit van projecten te beoordelen.
• Samenwerking : Afstemmen van strategische doelen met het plant managementteam en faciliteren van regelmatige overlegmomenten zodat er een gezamenlijke visie en aanpak gewaarborgd wordt.
• Implementatie : Vertalen en implementeren van maintenance en automatisatieprocessen vanuit groepsniveau naar het lokale niveau. Evalueren van de impact en voorstellen van verbeteringen.
• Maintenance performance : Ontwikkelen van een performante maintenance & automatisatie-organisatie. Evalueren en aanpassen van de organisatiestructuur en het begeleiden van medewerkers.
• Teamontwikkeling : Bouwen van een hecht team en aanmoedigen van samenwerking tussen teamleden. Sturen op gedrag en resultaat, en het constant opvolgen van loopbaanpaden en wensen/noden. In deze rol stuur je een team van +/- 20 medewerkers aan.
• Verbeteringsprojecten : Adviseren en evalueren van verbeteringsprojecten door het uitvoeren van ROI-calculaties en risico-assessments. Je stelt aanbevelingen voor op basis van technische haalbaarheid en verwachte resultaten, beoordeelt verbetervoorstellen op strategische doelstellingen, en prioriteert voorstellen die de grootste impact hebben op kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
• Budgetbeheer : Adviseren over budgetnoden aan de plant manager en de engineering & automatisatie-afdeling binnen Plukon Food Group. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van het werkingsbudget (+/- 3,9 miljoen euro) van de afdeling en onderzoekt en bijstuurt budgetafwijkingen om ervoor te zorgen dat kosten optimaal worden gealloceerd en opgevolgd in relatie tot de plantdoelstellingen.
• Kennisontwikkeling : Continu op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen binnen het domein maintenance en automatisatie en het delen van deze kennis. Profiel Soft Skills:
• Uitstekende leiderschaps- en managementvaardigheden. Voor deze rol is het cruciaal dat je jouw energie haalt uit teams vormen, ontwikkelen en aansturen.
• Bekwaam in projectmanagement binnen een matrixstructuur.
• Vermogen om een veiligheidscultuur uit te bouwen en te borgen.
• Sterk in het vertalen van strategie naar operationele doelstellingen.
• Vaardigheid in het cultiveren van een cultuur van continue verbetering.
Academische Achtergrond : Je hebt een relevante technische opleiding afgerond en beschikt over de nodige certificaten (AREI, HACCP).
Werkervaring: Met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team (+10 mw’s) binnen een technische omgeving, breng je een solide basis mee.
Technische Vaardigheden:
• Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, PLC (Siemens), en frequentiesturingen.
• Ervaring met IT-systemen en kwaliteitsborgingsystemen, specifiek gericht op voedingsvereisten en milieu.
Talenkennis : Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

• Je kan autonoom een jaaractieplan vertalen uit een strategisch plan, alsook dit verdedigen naar diverse stakeholders toe. Je start vanuit een gedegen analyse en focust op lange – termijn – voordelen voor de plant zonder de directe noden uit het oog te verliezen.
• Je kent een basis statistiek en gebruikt data voor het adviseren van onderbouwde besluitvorming.
