Functie
  • Je zal HR-rapporten en dashboards opmaken (performance management, absenteïsme, )
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel om de data te visualiseren enerzijds, maar anderzijds zal je ook uitleggen aan de business hoe ze deze data moeten interpreteren
  • De Data Analist zal ook worden ingeschakeld voor de functionele vraagstukken: "welke parameters willen we in het rapport?" en "hoe gaan we die parameters definiëren?"
  • Daarnaast zal de Data Analist ook functionele mappings moeten doen: data uit het ene systeem mappen met data uit het andere. Bijvoorbeeld: in het ene systeem wordt man en vrouw aangeduid met "m" en "v", terwijl in het andere systeem "0" en "1" wordt gebruikt. Deze data moeten in het uiteindelijke rapport eenduidig eruit komen
Voorbeelden van dashboards die men wil opstellen:
  • FTE trajectory: de managers hebben een target met hoeveel FTE's ze de workload moeten managen. Het dashboard moet dan de status/voortgang kunnen weergeven
  • People management dashboard: een dashboard om te gaan meten welke acties tot welke resultaten leiden
  • Rapporten voor HR BP's die naast de collega's staan, om hen optimaal in te zetten

Functie-eisen
  • Ervaring als Data Analyst
  • Excel, Power Query, PowerBI (en SQL)
