Jouw Rol:
- Als Customer Care Agent ben je de held aan de telefoon, klaar om eerstelijns technische ondersteuning te bieden aan onze gewaardeerde klanten. Maar dat is nog niet alles - jij stapt ook in de arena van tweedelijns ondersteuning. Technische problemen? Jij lost ze op en coördineert zelfs hardware reparaties als dat nodig is. Je bent de Sherlock Holmes van onze producten.
- Klantrelaties met een Twist: In het geval van een conflict betrek je de verkoopvertegenwoordiger om ervoor te zorgen dat niet alleen het probleem wordt opgelost, maar dat de klant blijft glimlachen. Jouw missie? Klanttevredenheid naar nieuwe hoogten tillen.
- Techno-Wizard: Je navigeert soepel door administratieve hulpmiddelen zoals SAP, Salesforce en Google. In deze digitale speeltuin voel jij je als een vis in het water.
- Connectie met de Leveranciers: Je schakelt direct met onze leveranciers over technische kwesties of om ideeën voor productverbeteringen te bespreken. Bonus? Je houdt een oogje open voor kansen om onze klanten te verrassen met extra services of salesleads. Profiel Jouw Profiel:
- Opleiding: Minimaal A2 niveau.
- Talenknobbel: Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands/Engels of Nederlands/Duits. Als je ook Frans spreekt, geven we je een high-five.
- Techiek in Hart en Nieren: Je hebt een natuurlijke interesse in techniek en pikt nieuwe zaken snel op.
- Communicatie Guru: Sterk in communicatie, zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig. Prioriteiten stellen en kalm blijven onder druk? Dat is jouw tweede natuur.
