Your new role
- Actively structure and organize IT application projects
- Frame projects with key stakeholders, identify solutions, develop implementation plans, and secure necessary resources and budgets
- Coordinate and follow up on project activities based on priorities, competencies, and customer needs
- Advise and support project team members to ensure high performance
- Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously (small and medium)
- Maintain an overview of projects, report progress, and communicate with stakeholders
- Prepare regular progress reports, addressing issues, decisions, and actions
Your profile
- 5-10 years of experience in IT project management
- Experience in the insurance sector
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities
- Team and result-oriented
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English, with a good understanding of the second national language
