Senior Project Manager position
- Hays is looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients in Brussels._
**The job**:
The client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the comprehensive project management from start-till-finish of both agile and waterfall projects. You will work cross-multidisciplinary teams, with different expertise levels, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**The role you will take**:
- Responsible for the business case, resource forecast, project budget and planning.
- Able to realize solutions iteratively to ensure rapid time-to-market and value creation.
- Responsible for delivering a cost-efficient solution (in time and on budget) with extreme customer experience and operational efficiency at the heart of the solution design and realization.
- Responsible for qualitative decision-making with all stakeholders via challenge, co-creation, and consensus.
- Manage project relationships, stakeholders, and relations with third parties.
- Responsible for clear agreements with partners and follow-up of realization/commitments.
**Your profile**:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in project management.
- Experience in Utility sector
- Interest in both business (e.g., new product) and technical projects (e.g., move-to-cloud).
- Experienced in project management methodologies, practices, and tools.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
