We are seeking a proactive Renewable Energy Project Manager to spearhead our collaborative efforts across Northern Europe. **The job as an Expleo Renewable Energy Project Manager**
Are you enthusiastic about contributing to a project that is shaping the future of Europe's energy landscape? Join our team as we work towards advancing renewable energy in the Northern Seas and ensuring the reliability and sustainability of our country's electricity supply.
As a member of our European transmission system operator team, you'll be instrumental in coordinating collaborative initiatives among transmission system operators from nine countries. Your role will involve defining concrete offshore architecture, offering policy recommendations, and overseeing the implementation of the Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM) as part of our client’s comprehensive adequacy program.
**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate various initiatives within the "Offshore TSO collaboration" program and its associated projects, ensuring cohesion among different streams to achieve shared objectives and managing interface coordination.
- Establish task management systems and oversee the management of work and document environments.
- Assist the Adequacy Program Manager in budget management, planning, and stakeholder engagement for the adequacy program.
- Engage in day-to-day operations related to the CRM, such as prequalification processes, bank guarantee management, and auction execution.

- Master’s degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project support or PMO support.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of Dutch, French, or German considered a plus.
- Assertive yet diplomatic, able to manage deadlines autonomously.
- Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of the energy sector is highly desirable.
**Additional Information**
- Remote work is possible with a requirement to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
- Ad hoc travel may be required for events or workshops, limited to 2-3 times a year.
