Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Als aanbieder van duurzame mobiliteit, maar ook als grootste elektriciteitsverbruiker in België, speelt NMBS een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van de nationale klimaatambities.- De leden van het team Energy Strategy & Transition dragen gezamenlijk bij aan drie doelstellingen:
- de energiefactuur van NMBS onder controle houden;
- de organisatie begeleiden bij veranderingen die verband houden met de energietransitie;
- optreden als SPOC (intern/extern) van NMBS voor energiekwesties.
- Het team is net opgericht en telt binnenkort 7 leden. Het team opereert onder de directie Stations, maar werkt voor heel NMBS.- Om onze activiteiten uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een senior Expert Renewable Energy.Als Senior expert Renewable Energy beheer je projecten met als doel de doelstellingen van NMBS te verwezenlijken op het gebied van het verdubbelen van de energieproductie via zonnepanelen tegen 2032.- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het hoofd Energiestrategie & Transitie (B-ST.7). Dit is je kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de energietransitie van de grootste elektriciteitsverbruiker van België- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je werkt een strategie uit voor het gebruik van hernieuwbare energie (elektriciteit en warmte) voor eigen gebruik. Om dit te verwezenlijken bouw je een business case op, ga je op zoek naar de beste technische en economische modellen, denk je na over de financiering en de planning van deelprojecten.
- Je gaat op zoek naar innovatieve manieren om het energiepotentieel van terreinen en gebouwen van NMBS te valoriseren.
- Je begeleidt de afbouw van koolstofverbruik voor verlichting, HVAC, etc. Je zet je expertise in om transversale, innovatieve projecten op te starten.
- Je onderhandelt mee Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) samen met de aankoopdienst van NMBS en soms ook in samenwerking met Infrabel (dat optreedt als lead buyer voor elektriciteit).
- Je volgt de reglementering op, anticipeert op (inter)nationale trends en neemt deel aan evenementen en conferenties over het thema energietransitie.
- Je gaat partnerschappen aan met andere organisaties, waaronder Infrabel.
- Je bent een intern aanspreekpunt voor energiekwesties en werkt mee aan rapporten.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een masterdiploma in economie of ingenieurswetenschappen en hebt +5 jaar werkervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring in het uitwerken van projecten die te maken hebben met hernieuwbare energie, bij voorkeur met zonnepanelen. Een bijkomende ervaring met HVAC, energiebesparing (isolatie, renovatie), opslag en/of windenergie is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt ervaring met de financiële opzet van een energieproject.
- Je bent in staat de technische aspecten van je projecten (met name de impact op de grootte van transformatoren) mee te nemen in je analyses.
- Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Office.
- Je hebt kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
