Project Manager Security

Je komt terecht in het security departement van een grote organisatie. Dit security departement omvat onder andere het Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Architectuur services, IAM services, Governanace, Risk en Compliance services, Deze services worden uitgevoerd op basis van methodes, processen en security solutions die uitgetekend en gebouwd zijn in overleg met IT Security en Informatieveiligheid.
Wat doe je als IT-project Manager?
- Je ontwikkelt een uitgebreid projectplan dat de scope, doelen, taken, middelen, tijdsframe en het budget van het project schetst. De doorlooptijd van een project kan variëren van 6 maanden tot meer dan 1 jaar. (Waterfall/Agile)
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de middelen om een succesvolle oplevering van het project te garanderen.
- Je identificeert en beheert potentiële risico's en problemen die het succes van het project negatief kunnen beïnvloeden.
- Je beheert alle stakeholders, begrijpt hun verwachtingen, en communiceert de projectstatus tijdig en effectief naar alle stakeholders.
- Je leidt het projectteam, wijst taken toe, beheert de prestaties van het team, lost conflicten op en zorgt ervoor dat de teamleden gemotiveerd zijn en werken aan de projectdoelstellingen.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert kwaliteitsbeheerplannen die ervoor zorgen dat de projectresultaten aan de vereiste normen voldoen.
- Je rapporteert op een duidelijke en adequate manier naar de correcte stakeholders (project team, stuurgroep, portfolio, management)
Profiel:
- Kennis en ervaring - Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in IT Project Management en kennis van PMBoK, Agile of Prince2.
- Ondernemerschap en enthousiasme - Je bent gedreven en dynamisch. Je weet mensen te mobiliseren waardoor je projecten tot een goed einde brengt. Je kan je inleven in de wereld van de eindgebruiker en je team.
- Analytisch inzicht - Je kan strategisch denken, bent oplossingsgericht, en hebt aandacht voor eenvoud en efficiëntie in processen.
- Stakeholdermanagement en changemanagement - Jij kan makkelijk in gesprek gaan met stakeholders om hun behoeften, noden en verwachtingen te begrijpen. Bovendien weet jij als geen ander hoe je een verandering tijdens een project moet aanpakken.
- Talenkennis - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
- Delivery focus - je bent een delivery-gefocuste projectmanager die sterk gemotiveerd is om projecten binnen de afgesproken tijd en kost af te ronden.
- IT Security affiniteit - Je hebt een passie voor IT Security
