En tant que partenaire pour différentes entreprises, nous allons à la recherche du professionnel adéquat. Nous travaillons ainsi avec la spécialisation Life Sciences.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un business & talent partner afin de renforcer l'équipe Life Sciences en Wallonie.

Si tu es fort en commercial et en recrutement, tu es à la bonne adresse En tant Business & Talent Partner Life Sciences, tu vas à la recherche du candidat idéal. Les bons candidats ne tombent pas du ciel, tu passes donc une grande partie de ton temps à les rechercher activement grâce à différents canaux. Tu es responsable de tout le processus, de la prospection à l'intake, de la recherche au closing du candidat

Job Description :

A quoi ressemble ta journée en tant que Business & Talent Partner?

  • Tu prospectes activement dans ta région
  • Tu négocies les contrats avec ton client (potentiel)
  • Tu es responsable de l'intake de la fonction
  • Tu rédiges une offre d'emploi attrayante et la publies sur nos différents canaux
  • Tu génères et gères le flux de candidats et fais des recherches proactives dans nos bases de données
  • Tu valides les CV, effectues des screenings téléphoniques, fais passer des tests et des entretiens à tes candidats
  • Tu présentes tes candidats au client et fais le suivi jusqu'au "closing" de ton candidat.

En bref, tu es responsable du processus de recrutement de a à z.

Requirement :

  • Tu es déterminé, indépendant et persévérant. Tu travailles de manière autonome et es responsable de tes propres résultats.
  • Tu es francophone et as une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
  • Tu travailles principalement de Wavre mais tu es prêt à te déplacer en Wallonie.
  • Tu as droit à 1 ou 2 jours de télétravail.

Package :

  • un package salarial attractif sur base de ton expérience (min.€2560 brut) comprenant des chèque repas de 8€ par jour presté, des frais net de €75 par mois, des éco-chèques, assurance groupe, assurance hospitalisation, assurance perte de revenus, primes sur résultats, un laptop, GSM avec abonnement, plan d’actionnariat, plan cafétéria, etc.
