Medior ServiceNow Administrator

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow administrator. As a key member of our IT team, you will spearhead projects focused on configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to seamlessly align with our diverse clientele's unique business requirements. This role calls for a hands-on, proactive individual with a positive attitude, robust analytical skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric IT environment.

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with business requirements, including workflows, forms, fields, UI, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
• Manage the lifecycle of ServiceNow applications, including installation, upgrades, and patching.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to incident management, problem management, change management, asset management, request fulfillment and/or HR service management.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes and improve user interactions.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Provide user support and training to ensure efficient use of the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
  

  your profile

  • You bring 1-3 years of impactful service as a ServiceNow Administrator, proudly holding the title of a certified ServiceNow system administrator.
  • Your expertise shines in ServiceNow configuration, seamlessly maneuvering through workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
  • Fluent in English, and your enthusiasm extends to embracing the challenge of proficiency in Dutch; French is an additional asset.
  • With the esteemed ITIL certification, you demonstrate a commitment to mastering IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Your scripting skills, encompassing JavaScript, Jelly, and Glide, are your toolkit for customizations and automation.
  • Navigating the complexities of databases, you excel in applying concepts and data modeling specific to the ServiceNow realm.
  • Documenting, analyzing, and problem-solving aren't just skills; they're your superpowers.
  • Interacting seamlessly across all levels of the business, you contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
