We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a senior ServiceNow administrator. As a key member of our IT team, you will spearhead projects focused on configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to seamlessly align with our diverse clientele's unique business requirements. This role calls for a hands-on, proactive individual with a positive attitude, robust analytical skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric IT environment.

Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions to support our business operations.Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on client needs.Accountable for the ServiceNow implementation, especially in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management and HR Service Delivery.Manage the ServiceNow development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.Develop and maintain ServiceNow roadmaps and project plans.Experience with XML, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other systems.Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies.Participate in ServiceNow user groups and other relevant professional communities.Identify and resolve potential trade-offs or conflicts among technical solutions options, and ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.your profile We appreciate your fluency in English, and the added advantage of your proficiency in Dutch and French is definitely a plus.Your impressive minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration, along with 2+ years of practical experience in various modules, reflects a depth of expertise that aligns perfectly with our needs.Your proven track record in solutioning and delivering complex enterprise technology implementations is a testament to your capabilities, and we look forward to leveraging your skills in our dynamic environment.Being a certified ServiceNow system administrator and holding an ITIL certification underscores your commitment to excellence, aligning seamlessly with our standards.
