Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende functie waarin je jouw interesse in business processen, digitalisatie en techniek kunt combineren? Dan is de functie van Business process manager Asset (AM) en Maintenance (MM) bij BASF Antwerpen misschien wel iets voor jou

•    Je ondersteunt de Business Proces Owner bij de analyse, visualisatie en optimalisatie van de processen over de teamgrenzen heen, rekening houdende met alle ondersteunende deelprocessen.
•    Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de BASF Antwerpen site voor alle wijzigingen in de SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module en bewaakt dat globale applicatie wijzigingen de processen in Antwerpen niet verstoren.
•    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het E2E Business Process Management van de asset en maintenance processen, met focus op operational excellence.
•    Je zorgt er met gerichte communicatie en opleiding voor dat de kennis van de processen bij de gebruikers gegarandeerd blijft.
•    Je analyseert en evalueert impact van nieuwe/wijzigingen aan IT applicaties op de E2E AM/MM business processen.
•    Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling en implementatie van NGBA S/4 Hana.
•    Je beheert IT applicaties ter ondersteuning van AM en MM processen.

ONZE IDEALE MATCH

•    Je hebt een diploma Industrieel, Burgerlijk of Handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
•    Je hebt kennis van en een brede interesse voor Asset en Maintenance business processen en SAP Plant Maintenance.
•    Je hebt kennis van de SAP Plant maintenance module en affiniteit met IT-toepassingen, reporting & dashboarding ter ondersteuning van de AM/MM processen.
•    Je bent procesdenker, analytisch en creatief.
•    Je hebt project management skills.
•    Je bent een overtuigend communicator en change agent.
•    Je drukt je vlot uit in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
